Tad Carney has been enthused by fitness since he was a yound boy. Fitness training since he was 11 years old and playing rugby and rugby league.
He started coaching at 15 years old and is lucky enough still be continuing his passion in coaching. Tad continues to refine and learn his craft by working alongside the best coaches and trainers in professional sports to learn the best pathways to enable his clients to succeed in achieving their fitness/lifestyle goals.
Conditioning & Coaching experience includes, but not limited to:
– soccer – rugby league and rugby union clubs from juniors to senior levels – coaching athletes for triathlons, fun runs and extreme fitness events like tough mudder – Fitness test prepareations for firefighters and police officers
Certificate 3 gym instructor, Certificate 4 personal trainer, Certified older adult trainer, Level 1 ASCA strength and conditional coach, Currently completing a Degree in Sports Science.
